Reance C™ – Compression Molded Neodymium Iron Boron Magnet
Reance C™ is Electrodyne’s trade name for its line of rigid compression molded neodymium iron boron magnet products.
Reance C™, neodymium iron boron magnets are compression molded using an epoxy binder. At up to 9MGOe, they are the most powerful magnets Electrodyne manufactures. While the possible moldable shapes are not as intricate as Reance I™, most of the common magnet shapes such as rings, arcs, cylinders and cubes are easily manufactured.
Reance C™ magnets are also made to extremely tight dimensional tolerances and utilize low cost tooling techniques.
As with all Electrodyne products, our technical staff is available to discuss the production of specialized compounds and magnetizing fixtures to meet the customer’s requirements.
